Flights

Dublin Airport is the closest airport to our venue. We highly recommend using Google Flights to track prices and availability for your preferred dates. You will be notified via email when there is a price drop or increase. You can also use the date grid to compare prices across days + times.


We recommend the majority of guests arrive in Dublin ono later than August 18 to adjust to the time difference ahead of wedding festivities and so that attendance is less likely to be impacted by any flight delays or cancellations.

All guests can enjoy complimentary accommodations at Tinakilly Country House for August 19 and 20, 2024.


Check-in begins on August 19 at 4 pm local time.


If guests wish to extend their stay through August 21, 2024 they will have the option to add an additional night at RSVP. Room rates are 180€ - 220€ per night depending on room size.


Our venue sits on a 150-acre estate. There is a lot to enjoy on-site including woodland walks, over 16 acres of gardens, a pilates studio, and a whiskey distillery.

Transport

Getting to Dublin from the Airport

There are several convenient ways to get from Dublin Airport to the City Center.

- Ride-hailing service via FreeNow or Uber app

- Rental car

- Hotel shuttle (per your hotel)

- Bus


You can purchase tickets for the Dublin airport express bus in advance here. You can also combine your airport ticket with the Dublin Hop on Hop Off bus ticket - good for 48 hrs. Although it may seem cheesy, it's a great way to get around the city for 2 full days and see some of the most popular sites along the way!

Getting to Wicklow

Wicklow, Ireland is located just 50 minutes south of Dublin Airport via car. We understand coordinating travel and transportation can be tricky. We’ve coordinated a private coach to take guests from Dublin to our wedding venue in Wicklow. The coach will pick guests up at the following location on Monday, August 19 at 2pm local time:

If guests wish to manage their own travel to Wicklow, there are a number of efficient and scenic transportation options from Dublin or elsewhere, including:

- Ride-hailing service via FreeNow or Uber

- Rental car. Parking is available at the venue

- Dart train or South Eastern Commuter train from Dublin; Marys personal favorite!

Taking the train

The train to from Dublin to Wicklow is a beautiful route. It travels along the coast of Ireland overlooking the Irish Sea. If you wish to take the train, we recommend the following routes.


Dart

Hop onboard the Dart train in Dublin at Connolly Station, Tara St Station, or Dublin Pearse Station. Purchase a ticket to Greystones Station. Once you arrive at Greystones Station, our venue is only a 10 to 15-min car ride away via FreeNow.


South Eastern Commuter, Rosslare Europort

Hop onboard the Rosslare Europort train in Dublin at Connolly Station, Tara St Station, or Dublin Pearse Station. Purchase a ticket to Wicklow Station. Once you arrive at Wicklow Station, our venue is only a 5-min car ride away via FreeNow.
